DamageMaker AI is a creative design tool, not a document fabrication service. It does not create, verify, or authenticate any damage claims. Misuse may result in termination of access, legal consequences, and reporting to authorities.

3. User-Generated Content & Intellectual Property

DamageMaker AI does not create, design, or endorse any specific output. All content is created and customized by users, who bear full responsibility for ensuring they have rights to any images, logos, trademarks, or brand elements uploaded.

The platform does not claim ownership over user-generated content and is not liable for copyright infringement arising from user-generated images. Intellectual property concerns can be directed to support.

4. Storage & Use of Generated Images

The service stores user-generated images solely to provide the service. Users acknowledge that:

• Processed images may be temporarily stored on our servers to facilitate download
• No personal information or identifiable details are stored alongside processed images
• Download links expire after 30 days

We do not sell or distribute stored images beyond their intended purpose.

5. User Responsibility

Users agree they are solely responsible for how they use generated images, will not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities using our service, and that DamageMaker AI bears no liability for misuse of generated content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without express or implied warranties. No guarantee is made that generated images will meet specific requirements, that the tool will be error-free, or that results will be suitable for any particular purpose. All liability for damages arising from use or inability to use the service is disclaimed.

7. Limitation of Liability

DamageMaker AI, its owners, affiliates, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of the service, errors or losses from generated images, or unauthorized access to or alteration of data. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

8. Payment & Refund Policy

• Image processing previews are free; watermark removal requires a one-time payment
• All sales are final with no refunds unless required by applicable law
• Users experiencing technical issues with purchased features should contact support

9. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to DamageMaker AI at our discretion, without notice, if we believe a user has violated these Terms & Conditions.

10. Privacy & Data Policy

Processed images are stored only to facilitate the service. Personal user data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of DamageMaker AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
